The state and regional chapters are where most of the Australasian College of Road Safety activities occur. Each chapter has its own chapter committee that organises local events. Most chapters have at least four major events per year in the form of seminars, forums or workshops. Sometimes a local chapter organises a national conference, supported by the national office of the College.
