“The PhD invitational is a great way to whet our appetites for the Australasian Road Safety Conference in Sydney from 26-29 October,” Mr Mick Timms, ACRS NSW Chapter Chair said.
“This event gives four more PhD candidates the opportunity to get up before a live audience, with time limits and a panel session afterwards.
“Please come and support them on their journey to becoming presenters at the big dance – the ARSC – in coming years.
Mr Timms also said members of the Prabhakharan family will again be in attendance.
“NSW Chapter started the PhD Invitational as a way of honouring our friend Prasannah on whose shoulders the next generation of road safety researchers would have stood.
ACRS is grateful to UNSW School of Aviation for their support of the PhD Invitational.
