ACRS Women in Road Safety Award

Established in 2022, the Women in Road Safety Award is a new award to recognise the valuable role that women play in reducing road trauma. While nominees for this award may present as a leader, quiet achiever, role model, or mentor, the most important quality is demonstration of outstanding commitment and effectiveness in their efforts to reduce road trauma.

Award Criteria

This award is open to road safety professionals and advocates who are ACRS members. ACRS Fellows are not eligible for this Award.

Nominees must:

  • Demonstrate active involvement in road safety.
  • Demonstrate leadership and contributions in the road safety field.
  • Currently work in the field of road safety.
  • Be a member of the ACRS.

Procedure for Nomination

  • Nominations to be made through the online form completed by two (2) current members.
