Professor Ioni Lewis will be presenting on “What do we know about designing and evaluating road safety advertising?”
Professor Ioni Lewis has over 20 years’ experience in the field of traffic psychology. Currently, she is a Principal Research Fellow based at the Centre for Accident Research and Road Safety – Queensland (CARRS-Q) at QUT. Ioni’s expertise is in the area of designing and evaluating public education and awareness raising campaigns. She has applied her expertise in a range of road safety topics and behaviours including risky road user behaviours such as speeding through to child pedestrian safety as well as within the context of developing and evaluating messaging relating to advancing vehicle technologies.
