Take part in a walking tour with industry professionals to discuss road safety aspects of the Hobart Waterfront improvements where a wide range of road users and event uses creates a range of interesting design challenges.

The Australasian College of Road Safety (ACRS) is hosting a walking tour of Hobart with Stuart Baird, Senior Transport Engineer – City of Hobart. The tour will provide an opportunity to discuss road safety aspects of the Hobart Waterfront improvements where a wide range of road users and event uses creates a range of interesting design challenges.

The tour will start and finish at the Elizabeth Street Conference Room. A light lunch will be provided by the ACRS at around 1pm.

The event enables an opportunity to network with industry stakeholders and gather insights on infrastructure improvements that support vulnerable road users.

While the event is free, you will require a ticket to attend the event. On the day, please bring along a hat and sunscreen.
