ACRS members are warmly invited to participate in the ACRS AGM which will be conducted via Zoom. Meeting details are below:
Date: Thursday 29 May 2025
Time: 10:30am – 12:00pm AEST (Canberra Time)
Papers: Please refer to the ‘Meeting Notice & Council Election’ email you received which contains links to all the papers. Reminder emails will go out before the AGM so please keep an eye on your inbox.
Please note that you will need to register with your Member ID to be eligible to vote. You can find your Member ID in Manage My Membership when you are logged in. Once you have registered you will be approved within five business days and receive your Zoom link.
We recommend testing your ability to connect prior to the AGM. If you would like to test Zoom, please view the following instructions to find out how to set up your account.
AGM Agenda
At the meeting members will have the opportunity to learn and ask questions about ACRS’ operations and finances, speak about any items on the agenda, and vote on any proposed resolutions.
Members will be asked to vote to:
- accept the 2024 Annual General Meeting Minutes;
- receive the 2024 Annual Report;
- receive the 2024 Financial Statements;
- receive the 2025 Budget;
- accept the appointment of successful Council members based on voting conducted prior to the AGM;
- accept the adoption of ACRS Policy Position Statements:
- Rural and Remote Road Safety
- Infrastructure Star Ratings for Roads
If you are unable to attend the AGM but wish to participate in any matters subject to a vote, then you may appoint a member who is attending as your proxy. Click here to indicate your apology/proxy before 10:30am AEST Wednesday 28 May 2025.
Attending the AGM
When you join the AGM you will need to update your Zoom name to be the same as what is listed on your ACRS Membership Profile – you can update your profile at any time by visiting Manage My Membership. Please note that only ACRS members are eligible to vote at the AGM, so if your name does not match our records your vote may not be counted. You may opt to include your Member ID in your Zoom name to ensure we are able to match your record.
