The WA Chapter of the Australasian College of Road Safety (ACRS), in collaboration with our esteemed corporate member, GHD, invite you to our upcoming in-person event. This special gathering will showcase a carefully curated selection of presentations from the 2023 Australasian Road Safety Conference, with a specific focus on the Western Australian region. Some presenters will deliver their content in person, while a select few will join via video. This unique format encourages active engagement, allowing attendees to pose questions and participate in discussions with their fellow Western Australian road safety professionals.
The event will encompass a diverse range of topics, including:
- Speed management strategies
- Infrastructure and advancements in vehicle safety
- Enhancing road infrastructure for safer travel
- The role of intelligent transport systems in modern road safety
- Local Government initiatives
- Navigating challenges with novice drivers and riders
- Effective messaging campaigns for promoting road safety
- Policy development and management considerations
We are in the process of confirming a lineup of distinguished presenters who will share their expertise on these subjects.
