There is a crash; the impact on those involved is immediate and life-long; it will affect friends, family, and colleagues from across the community. Questions will be asked – Why did it happen? How did it happen? What, if any, action might be needed?
How might your Council react to this crash? How might it respond to these questions? What happens within your organisation to understand its strengths and vulnerabilities? Are there gaps in Council’s processes, leadership, engagement, or actions in managing its role in the delivery of safer roads to the community?
