The Australasian College of Road Safety (ACRS) NSW Chapter will host a Regional Road Safety Forum on Monday 17th April. This event is free to all, and anyone with an interest in road safety is welcome. The ACRS is Australia’s peak membership association for road safety. The purpose of the ACRS is to support our members in their efforts to eliminate serious road trauma through knowledge sharing, professional development, networking, and advocacy. Members are from all areas of road safety including policy makers, academics, community organisations, federal, state, and local government agencies, private companies, and members of the public.
One of the ACRS NSW Chapter’s focuses for 2023 is to develop and strengthen regional networks of road safety professionals.
The Regional Road Safety Forum will be held on:
Monday 17th April from 5.30pm – 7pm at
The University of Newcastle’s (UON) City Campus (NuSpace), room X803.
The main aim of the forum is to network with like-minded professionals in your region. The event will include three short presentations by:

- Professor Kristen Pammer (UON School of Psychological Sciences Head of School) who will give an overview of the road safety research being conducted at UON
