Join the WA Chapter of the Australasian College of Road Safety for a seminar on child car restraint safety. Speakers include:
- Tammie Deshon (Child Car Seat Safety Project Coordinator, WALGA)
- Padraig McAlpine (Vehicle Technical Officer, Department of Transport)
- Melanie Suitor (Road Safety & Injury Prevention Officer, Parkes, Forbes and Lachlan Shire Councils)
- Rachel Goodsell (Public Policy Advisor, RAC)
- Felicity Heath (ED Nurse, Perth Children’s Hospital)
The event will run from 9:30am – 12:00pm (event registration opens 9:00am) and will include presentations by remote and in-person speakers, followed by a brainstorming session to help inform the NTC review of the child car restraint Australian Road Rules. A morning tea will be provided.
There will be lots of opportunities for questions, answers, and discussion. RSVP by 2 June 2025 to attend in-person.
