Thinking about presenting at the 2024 Australasian Road Safety Conference? You should! The road safety community needs to hear your story!

You are invited to attend an online information session on Wednesday 15 November at 2pm (AEDT) about how and why you should submit a local government case study to be considered for inclusion in next year’s Australasian Road Safety Conference.

During the one-hour session you’ll hear about the process and timelines for submissions, get advice from those that presented at this year’s conference about their experience and the benefits of sharing their knowledge, as well as have an opportunity to ask the Conference Organisers questions.

There are over 680 Councils in Australia and New Zealand and many will be very interested to hear about and learn from your experiences. By sharing practical solutions, we learn and problem solve faster – saving time and resources – and achieve better road safety outcomes.

Previous local government conference presenters say that it has helped to increase (executive/elected member) support of the road safety work they do.
