We are proud to celebrate Jean Marc Andre, ACRS member from Côte d’Ivoire, West Africa, on receiving the Prix National D’excellence De Côte D’Ivoire in the category Best Contribution to the Promotion and Popularisation of Digital Usage. This prestigious national award recognises his impactful work through the BON CHAUFFEUR application, dedicated to improving road safety awareness through digital innovation.

The award ceremony took place in Abidjan in 2025, organised by the Ministry of Digital Transition and Digitalisation, and the prize was officially presented to Jean Marc by the Chief of Staff of the Ministry. The National Excellence Awards are among Côte d’Ivoire’s highest honours, celebrating individuals whose contributions advance national development priorities.

BON CHAUFFEUR, created by Jean Marc Andre, is a digital road safety training application designed for the general public, with a particular focus on young people, drivers, and non-drivers. The application promotes knowledge of road safety rules and responsible behaviour using accessible and engaging digital tools. While not developed exclusively for government use, it actively supports national road safety policies and collaborates with public institutions.
