Author guidelines
The ACRS welcomes the submission of letters to the editor and articles for the College Journal. Articles may be submitted either in the ‘Contributed Articles’ category, or as papers for ‘Peer Review’. In the latter case, two anonymous reviewers will each provide the author/s with constructive criticism of their article, with the assumption that where aspects of an article have been criticised, authors will make a serious attempt to meet the reviewers’ criticisms by justifying or clarifying their statements before publication.
Please see Instructions for authors regarding the format of articles and how to submit them.
At its meeting on 18 November 2010 the ACRS Executive Committee agreed to adopt guidelines issued by the Committee on Publication Ethics.
These guidelines include the Code of Conduct; Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors; Guidelines for Retracting Articles; Guidelines for the Board of Directors of Learned Society Journals; Guidance for Editors: Research, Audit and Service Evaluations; and How to Handle Authorship Disputes: A Guide for New Researchers.
