The Evaluation Module II: Analytical Techniques in Road Safety Evaluation, a short course offered by CARRS-Q, aims to provide delegates with a firm understanding of the theory underlying research design, data collection and data analysis methods for both qualitative and quantitative data. This course will help delegates conduct a simple but statistically or qualitatively rigorous evaluation, select better research consultants and assess the quality of evaluation reports.
This module can be coupled with Evaluation Module I: Introduction to Evaluation in Road Safety. Completion of both modules, plus the successful completion of formal assessment will enable delegates to receive credit towards QUT’s PYP405: Road Safety Evaluation Models Unit.
Delegates will be issued a Certificate of Attendance.
Those delegates interested in having the course credited for the PYP405: Road Safety Evaluation Models Unit offered by QUT will need to complete a formal assessment and a second short course Road Safety Evaluation Models I: Introduction to Evaluation in Road Safety, which will be conducted prior to this course.
